Job type Permanent Full-time Shift and schedule Day shift Location Full job description Role Title – Product Owner Location - Melbourne Employment Type - Full Time Company - Delivery Centric As a Product Owner, you are responsible for ensuringthe squad achieves their mission.

The Product Owner constantly priorities tasks and the squad's backlog with the customer at the heart of their decision making.

The Product Owner also ensures that the work is strategically aligned to the portfolio mission and engages with other Product Owners to align and manage inter dependencies.

Whilst this role is not a people manager, it is a key leadership role, galvanizing the squad around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver customer value at pace.*You will be partof a Program team, helping to drive the effective delivery of key strategicinitiatives.

You will work closely with the program leads and key stakeholdersincluding executives, to support strategy execution.

You will also work closelywith the Scrum Master, Squad members, Release Lead, other Vendor developmentteams, technology and business units to plan, design, implement and embedsystem and process solution for all customers and partners in value chain.

Permanent, Full-time What will you bring?To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

• A strong execution mindset and experience in leading both business andtechnology projects with the ability to actively engage in the whole deliverylifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, change management,operation, monitoring, and refinement) of systems and services.
• Proven track record and ability to monitor and manage delivery across anumber of concurrent work streams, identify and manage risks, issues, anddependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability toinfluence by presenting structured, fact-based compelling business cases,action plans and papers that can be easily absorbed and understood by keystakeholders, including executive level.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find clear paths throughambiguity and making decisions within broad direction and boundaries.
• Prepared to flex and accommodate changes to delivery plans based onchanging environmental or strategic factors.
• Excellent organizational skills and technical abilities, suitable tofast-paced, complex program delivery environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including experience in leading, coachingand mentoring large teams and managing challenging conversations.
• Experience in working with and managing external vendors to deliveraligned outcomes.
• Working knowledge and experience of various project methodologies andsystems, such as Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, Delivery Framework, JIRA, and Confluence.
• A strong working experience in Identity Platform / Digital Customer Identity is a must
• Forge Rock experience would be highly appreciated.
