- Provide day-to-day HR support and strategic guidance to employees and managers across the Asia Pacific region.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and offboarding.
- Liaise closely with payroll officer for payroll accuracy verification (no processing responsibility).
- Oversight of internal training programs & inductions; opportunity to contribute executive coaching & leadership development if experienced.
