We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Asia Pacific team in a standalone, part-time role. This position is based at our company's headquarters in Sydney and supports a geographically dispersed workforce.

This operational role requires someone with exceptional interpersonal skills who can thrive in a multicultural environment and create positive workplace experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and strategic guidance to employees and managers across the Asia Pacific region.


• Manage the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and offboarding.


• Liaise closely with payroll officer for payroll accuracy verification (no processing responsibility).


• Oversight of internal training programs & inductions; opportunity to contribute executive coaching & leadership development if experienced.
