    About the Role

    You will be at the helm of customer engagement, driving loyalty and retention through tailored email and SMS campaigns. Working closely with the marketing and eCommerce teams, you will ensure the customer journey is smooth, impactful, and data-driven from start to finish.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, manage, and optimise email and SMS campaigns to keep customers coming back for more.
    • Analyse purchase behaviour and engagement metrics to create targeted customer segments.
    • Use platforms like Klaviyo to automate workflows, ensuring timely, personalised messaging.
    • Work hand-in-hand with the marketing and eCommerce teams to align campaigns with key business objectives.
    • Design A/B tests to improve everything from subject lines to CTAs, ensuring maximum engagement.
    • Use campaign insights to continuously refine strategies, boost performance, and increase sales.

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing, ideally in the eCommerce or retail sector, or in an acquisition focused role.
    • Hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo (or similar), and proficiency in email automation and SMS marketing.
    • Strong analytical and creative skills with a passion for customer engagement.
