- Overseeing refit and merchandising activities for a portfolio of our retail partner Bunnings' stores (This may include some regional travel) – such as shelf adjustment and remodelling, stock replenishment and price label printing
- Dependent on project needs - multi day refit projects, accompanying several of your peers to complete, as well as smaller refit projects to meet store deadlines
- Collaboration and support in safety work with peers including spotting and working at heights
- Providing face to face service to our suppliers' stakeholders and proud representation of the Visy brand
- Acquaint with peers in other positions in the Sales team and watch your work and theirs come to life on the shop floor in front of you
- Literacy in interpreting planogram and layout guidelines in a retail setting
- Experience using basic power and hand tools
- Scissor lift operation competency preferred but not mandatory
- Proven experience in implementing POS and ticketing
- You're independent and motivated to work alone, but you also appreciate the satisfaction of completing a group challenge when the time comes Refit works can range from half day to multi days in length
- Being an approachable and reliable face of Visy Retail Services and our brands
- Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal
- Strong time management and organisational skills, including the ability to manage conflicting priorities

The Opportunity:
Are you a refit or general trades guru? How about an emerging star looking to move into the construction-based retail world with your first short term project? An exciting fixed term opportunity has become available for a hands-on Refit Merchandiser to join the NSW Sales team. This is a full time, fixed term role with the current project concluding mid-December 2024.
