We are thrilled to welcome an experienced leader to our first Adelaide store As the ASM you will provide beautiful customer connections and work in partnership with your Store Manager to drive a successful business. You will drive the team to be experienced Stylists, exceed KPI targets as well as grow personally & professionally.

As the Assistant Store Manager you will;

Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction

Inspire those you encounter through leading by example

Ensure the team is creating a high energy & compelling experience for customers

Work with your SM to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with your team

Drive & manage KPIS daily

Support in coaching & developing your team consistently to foster their development

Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets

Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop + influence others

Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day

To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:

Minimum 1+Years experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager

Positive attitude & willingness to grow & work in partnership with an SM

Exceptional customer service & styling skills

Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results

Strong understanding of KPIS and their impact on the business

Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business

The ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment

Self-motivated & strong communicator
