    About the role

    We're seeking a Senior Cyber Governance and Assurance Specialist to provide pragmatic advice, guidance and governance on the implementation of the cyber security risk framework and cyber security controls, aligned with our Information Security polices, standards and procedures.

    Day-to-day, you will:

    • Develop security policies, procedures, standards and guideline across the organisation in line with industry relevant regulatory requirements and recommended practise (e.g. PCI-DSS, NIST Cyber Security Framework)
    • Operate the Cyber Security Risk Management program to manage risk exposure
    • Conduct third party security risk assessments and identify the risk remediation and mitigation recommendations with business stakeholders
    • Identify information security compliance requirements against key regulatory and industry best practice standard
    • Develop and implement security education and awareness programs across the enterprise
    • Develop and collect timely and informative cyber posture insights and metrics, to inform effective cyber reporting
    • Develop cyber control assurance frameworks and perform various cyber control assessments to support assurance activities
    • Collaborate cross-functionally across corporate boundaries

    This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

    • Significant previous experience specialising in aspects of Information Security
    • Strong problem solving skills and can conceptualise complex computer systems
    • Able to handle the challenges of a varied role in a dynamic organisation
    • Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills (written & oral) with the ability to deal effectively with personnel at all levels
    • Certification in Information Security (i.e. CISSP, CISA, CISM etc.) highly desirable
    • Knowledge of Information Security policy, standards and guidelines
    • Knowledge of Information Security governance, risk and compliance
    • Working knowledge of PCI DSS
    • Development and implementation of cyber metrics and cyber reporting approaches
