    Job Description The 9 Optimum Performance Campaign Manager is a crucial role within the Operations Team, providing the foundation for programmatic success for our clients.

    You are responsible for all aspects of performance campaign implementation, monitoring pacing and campaign reporting.

    You will work closely with your Team Lead to produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service, and deliver against targets.


    In addition, you will be highly analytic and have acute attention to details enabling you to analyse campaign trends and use audience and insights to formulate strategic recommendations future briefs.


    Finally, the 9 Optimum Performance Campaign Manager drives assurances in maintaining Brand Safety initiatives by monitoring Third Party partners and internal site lists.


    Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Manage a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for implementation, troubleshooting and optimisation strategies to help improve campaign pacing and performance Provide campaign reporting in a timely and accurate manner Consistently achieve desired outcomes for clients across all programmatic products, demonstrating proactivity to find solutions to challenges as they arise Use new and innovative capabilities (both internal and 3rd party) to improve operational efficiency and reduce non-value add work Ensure 100% accuracy within all systems when managing financial information including, but not limited to, reporting, Booking tools, reconciliations, and forecasts Run weekly WIP meetings with key stakeholders to ensure all campaigns are hitting their delivery and performance goals Deliver campaigns across the Nine network, as well as trade competitively across premium third-party inventory, ensuring the management of margin Create and implement pixels to effectively track user behaviour Deliver campaigns across the Nine network, as well as trade competitively across premium third-party inventory, ensuring the management of margin Qualifications Previous experience in campaign management, preferably within the programmatic advertising industry Experience managing client portfolios, implementing campaign strategies, and optimising performance Ability to utilise audience insights to drive campaign optimisation Accuracy in campaign reporting, financial management, and system operations Ability to find innovative solutions and leverage new capabilities Excellent communication skills Proficiency in using campaign management tools, booking tools, and implementing pixels for tracking user behavior Additional Information Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: At Nine, we are committed to fostering a workforce that embraces all aspects of diversity and inclusion and where practices are equitable to ensure our people experience a sense of belonging.
