    About the Role

    Our client are a well established NSW Government body, established to ensure that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have access to affordable, quality housing. They are now after an experienced Client Service Manager to come in and join the team in Dubbo on an assignment until 31st December 2024.

    Candidates for this role must have previous experience in Property/Project Management within the Residential Sector, along with strong stakeholder management skills.

    Key responsibilities for this role include:

    • Assess local properties and report on fit for use, property condition, quotation of cost of repair and refurbishment priority to address client needs and to comply with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
    • Resolve client based issues by working collaboratively with property owning and property managing organisations to achieve a suitable outcome for the client.
    • Monitor, assess and report on quality, progress and issues in new build and refurbishment programs, escalating and resolving assigned issues to ensure timely completion and compliance with policy and contractual obligations.
    • Manage housing providers on worker and maintenance backlog, recommend and implement actions to expedite scheduled work.

    Please note you will work from their Dubbo location, working 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.

    About You

    You will be an experienced Client Relationship Officer with proven experience and reliability in previous positions.

    The successful candidate will possess:

    • Property Management experience
    • Ability to accurately assess local properties and report on fit for use, property condition, quotation of cost of repair and refurbishment
    • Project Management experience within the residential sector.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
