    About the Role

    We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our Wacol team on a permanent, full-time basis.

    This dynamic role involves delivering exceptional customer service by processing sales, generating invoices, and following up orders.

    Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the warehouse and support the sales teams and Operations Manager in building and maintaining relationships with clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Providing administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships
    • Supporting the sales process, including running the office
    • Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brand
    • Working with the Elders team to explore new innovative opportunities with clients
    • Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
    • Assisting with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectively

    About You
