    The Role

    We are seeking a motivated and driven Social Media and Content Specialist to lead our social media activities across Australia and New Zealand for our brand portfolio of Bosch, Neff, Siemens, and Gaggenau. This role involves managing social media content, amplifying our brand presence, engaging with our audience, and driving social commerce initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Adapt global content for local audiences.
    • Create fresh and engaging content.
    • Support broader content initiatives across paid media and websites.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    What we look for in a candidate

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    2. 2-4 years of relevant work experience in consumer durables, appliance retailer marketing, agencies, or similar industries.
    3. A consumer-first mindset with a focus on delivering impactful results.
    4. Proven experience running campaigns across key social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
    5. Expertise in amplifying content, engaging audiences, and driving social commerce.
    6. Creative content creation skills and experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and AI-driven tools.
    7. Proficiency in social media management platforms for scheduling, reporting, and monitoring.
    8. A strong customer service mindset with the ability to engage professionally with audiences.
    9. Ability to build relationships with external agencies and internal teams.
    10. Solid analytical skills to track performance and optimize strategies using tools like Google Analytics.
    11. Knowledge of legal compliance and local regulations in Australia and New Zealand.
