    Role Introduction

    We are looking for a digitally-savvy integrated Marketer with a passion for Brand, Insights and eCommerce, to join the South West Pacific marketing team (Australia & NZ).

    You will be part of a small dynamic and collaborative team, developing and executing regional marketing campaigns. The role includes creating local content to improve brand awareness, drive relevant quality traffic to our website and increase direct revenue. Be part of a team that achieves and exceeds regional commercial targets, executes local marketing campaigns and adapts global assets for local use.

    This permanent full-time role (based in our Barangaroo office) reports to the Regional Head of Marketing and will be responsible for the development and leadership of two direct reports.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Adapt global campaigns to be effective in the local market
    • Create and execute local campaigns to drive agreed commercial outcomes
    • Ensure effectiveness of local campaigns
    • Provide recommendations for future campaign and channel optimisation
    • Produce marketing initiatives to promote Cathay Pacific, and Hong Kong as an attractive destination
    • Lead the creation of local content to be leveraged across a range of channels inc. email
    • Engage with external creative and media agencies to execute local initiatives
    • Execute initiatives to recruit members to Cathay Pacific's loyalty program
    • Leverage partnerships and databases to ensure maximum customer reach and sales
    • Build a strong and motivated team, ensuring the right organisational structure
    • Lead by example in accordance with Cathay's core values
    • Maintain active and ongoing dialogue in relation to employee goals and individual performance
    Requirements
    • Minimum of five years' experience in digital marketing and campaign management (we are open to agency experience)
    • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, monitor, and manage workload
    • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, ensuring speed to market whilst maintaining quality of work
    • Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Experience in leading a team to success in a target driven environment
    • Ability to motivate and create a positive, productive work environment fostering high performance teamwork
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent level of PC literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
