Tasks & responsibilities

· Plan, organise, direct & control the company's sales and marketing strategies as well a tactical executions.

· Set sales targets/budgets that drive sales and lead, coach sales teams and Dealers to reinforce brand image & loyalty

· Conduct quarterly business reviews with Dealers and develop action Plans to address opportunities

· Plan, develop and organise marketing campaigns to build & maintain image & reputation with customers

· Manage digital and social media platforms including agency liaison & creation of content

· Manage the concentration of the Dealer network within geographic boundaries & appoint new Dealers where needed

· Set & manage the Marketing budget

· Identify, recruit & motivate talented sales, marketing and customer service staff when required

· Set a calendar of Dealer training programs (Sales & Technical) and implement them

· Undertake competitor analysis to identify best practice including technical product specifications and pricing

Skills & competencies

· Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English and German

· Organisation: Manage and execute tasks in a methodical, timely manner. i.e Don't miss deadlines

· Attention to detail: Minimise errors and mistakes

· Teamwork: Willingness to assist and support others as required

· Initiative: Proactiveness to identify opportunities and to exploit them without close supervision

· Technical: Practical understanding of mechanical and electrical componentry & hands on approach

Qualifications & experience

· Competency working with Netsuite ERP as well as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)

· Working knowledge of SAP

· Experience with digital marketing including Google SEO

· At least 5 years of experience working within the industry of external sun shading

· Bachelor degree in Commerce, Business or related discipline
