    The role:

    An integral and critical part of the business, the Executive Assistant will support the CEO and broader leadership team with the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
    • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
    • Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Maintain and organise e-working space and documents for easy access and retrieval.
    • Monitor progress on action items and report on the status of initiatives.
    • Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and team activities.
    • Support with culture building activities such as Monthly Morning tea and coordinate attendance at the Town hall briefing.
    • Oversee the procurement and management of all office(s) requirements and manage relationship with vendors.
    • Act as a liaison between the execs and other teams & departments, facilitate the flow of information within the team and across the organisation.
    • Support team members with ad-hoc tasks and special requests where required.
    • Provide input on process improvements and efficiency measures.
    • Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance role effectiveness.


    The successful candidate:

    • Proven experience providing high level administrative support to C-suite and Director level, within a corporate or professional environment.
    • Demonstrable track record supporting and mitigating the needs of several stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements.

    • Second stage interview with CEO
