    About the Company:

    Hampr is an online B2B platform based in Australia. We provide a marketplace and online tools for Australian companies to manage everything relating to food and events for their offices. We are a small scale up tech company that takes prides in developing valuable tools for our customers to save time and money when it comes to the pre-purchase and post-purchase challenges when ordering food for their office. We are rapidly expanding and we need skilled people with the right attitude to help create an industry leading inbound engine.


    What we are looking for

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile individual to work with an established AU/NZ online marketplace that connects corporate customers with food and event suppliers.

    This role will require you to manage a small team and assist in managing both simple complex quotes and recommendations to help our customers select food for their corporate meetings, networking events, team lunches, training activities, seminars etc.

    Aside from your skills and experience, we are also looking for someone with strong knowledge and love of food and office/event catering.

    Catering and hospitality experience - including creating and managing menus for hotels and large restaurants will be favourable.


    What you will be doing:

    Help customers find the best options for their catering & event needs

    • Prepare catering/event recommendations and quotes for corporate meetings, networking events, team lunches, training activities, seminars, celebrations, social occasions etc.
    • Build strong relationships with various event suppliers - i.e. caterers, staffing providers, pop-up stands, entertainment services, decorators, venues etc
    • Be the principal customer contact for all quote & event related queries while offering support and solutions
    • Leverage your communication skills and industry knowledge to create ideal solutions that fit each customers needs and budget.
    • Point of contact for all Hampr Internal events (sales networking events, seminars, training activities etc.)

    Provide excellent customer service

    • Provide creative solutions and problem-solving that shows our customers that were really
      listening to them and doing right by them
    • Leverage your exceptional interpersonal skills to support customers through various
      communication channels including phone, email and live chat
      Record and modify customer/supplier information within the CRM
    • Leverage your detailed product knowledge and educate customers to effectively use Hampr's
      platform.
    • Build champions out of our customers.
    • Identify opportunities to deliver additional value to customers through Hampr's product/service
      verticals

    Team Management

    • Provide clear direction, motivation, and support to off-shore quotes team members.
    • Set clear goals, objectives, and deadlines for projects or tasks. Work with the team to develop action plans and strategies to achieve these goals efficiently.
    • Regularly assess and provide feedback on individual and team performance.
    • Serve as a liaison between the team and higher management or other departments.


    Your Profile:

    • Demonstrated Understanding of B2B
    • Strong commercial acumen, solution selling, account management and business planning skills.
    • Highly developed negotiation, communication, organisational and influencing skills
    • Demonstrated ability to offer unique perspectives on business issues, analyse data and information, and create customised solutions for customers.

    Relevant Experience

    • 3+ years experience within B2B sector
    • Fluency in Google Suite, Slack, Front and Canva.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated knowledge and awareness of the corporate catering and events industry will be looked upon favourably.
    • A true foodie at heart, who loves nothing more than exploring the latest culinary trend.
