Portside Christian College, a leading provider of early childhood education, seeks an experienced and passionate educator to lead our purpose-built Early Learning Centre. As Assistant Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational and operational direction of our centre.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff members while upholding compliance standards. You will work closely with the Director and Education Leader to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and promote best practices in early childhood education.
