    • Hourly rates up to $45+super
    • Contract to Perm Roles on Offer - 'TRY BEFORE YOU BUY'

    • Based on the Lower North Shore

    The Role
    As the Maintenance & Property Supervisor you will be responsible for the upkeep of the building and surrounds and managing maintenance staff. Your duties will include:

    • Managing Reactive and Preventative Maintenance
    • Minor property repairs (ie. Light bulbs, door hinges, taps etc)
    • Maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies
    • Upkeep of properties, gardens and entranceways
    • Monthly reporting
    • Work closely with the Property Manager
    • Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely
    • Support the Facilities Manager on any ad hoc tasts
    • Delegate work to staff as needed
    • Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs

    Candidate Requirements
    To be suitable for this role, you must have:

    • Must have previous experience and background in all areas of hands-on maintenance
    • Qualifications in trade or trade-related enterprises
    • Sound computer skills
    • Have a motivated & positive attitude
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Have a valid driver's license & NSW White Card
