Our team of researchers lead key internationally competitive research from molecules to medicines, from patient to policy across a range of therapeutic areas.

    We are seeking to appoint a Postdoctoral Research Associate to deliver advanced analytics and modelling to enable our multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful research.

    Your key responsibilities will be to:

    • provide data science, statistical modelling and analysis support for projects undertaken by the Neurotherapeutics innovation team
    • support the identification and advancement of inter-disciplinary research opportunities in the university and the medical and health communities
    • conduct research or scholarly activities within the discipline
    • undertake ad-hox projects and other activities.

    About you

    • postgraduate qualifications in data analytics or analytics
    • demonstrated experience in the management and analysis of complex data sets
    • demonstrated experience in the development of data science solutions
    • proven experience in a research-intensive environment using a data management system
    • excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • strong problem-solving skills paired with the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement
    • experience with human research ethics governance, guidelines and approval processes is desirable
    • demonstrable experience coordinating multi-site research projects or multi-centre research networks is desirable
    • experience in scientific writing skills for the development and submission of research publications is desirable.
