    Gruyere Gold Mine, a Gold Fields and Gold Road Resources Joint Venture (50/50) is located in the Yamarna Greenstone Belt in Western Australia. Gruyere was commissioned in 2019 and is one of Australia's largest and lowest cost gold mining operations boasting a plant production of 300,000+ ounces per annum with an enviable production profile in excess of 10 years.

    Role Details:

    The opportunity has arisen for a values and results driven HR professional, wanting to be part of a collaborative site senior management team, to join our Gruyere gold mine. Reporting to the Manager People and Engagement Operations, this role provides site functional Human Resources leadership, support, and direction to deliver the wider People and Engagement strategic vision and site-based activities.

    Managing a team of dynamic individuals, you will influence and drive an engaged workforce through activities including leadership development, employee engagement, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management and remuneration and benefits.

    The successful incumbent will be an energetic, proactive HR Leader with outstanding coaching and influencing skills. You will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline along with extensive operational experience.

    The role is offered on a cycle of 4/3, 4/3, 4/3, 8/6 fly in fly out from Perth roster, however other roster combinations will be considered.
