    • Full-time, fixed term position available until June 2025
    • PACCT 4 - $62,687 per annum (exclusive of superannuation)

    About the role:

    The Senior Administrator (EDSAT) is responsible for the provision of administrative services to ensure the effective management and monitoring of a range of course offering and student data.

    The role primarily establishes course and unit offering data in the student management system and liaises with teaching faculty staff to provide advice on offering set-up to support and optimise the effective and efficient enrolment of commencing and returning students for a varied range of cohorts. This includes the preparation of tick sheets/statements of fees in line with Institute and government requirements, and admission intake timelines.

    About You:

    • A relevant qualification in Administration or related field.
    • Demonstrated experience in student management systems, administration experience in StudentOne (Ci and CiAnywhere) at an intermediate level.
    • Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with proven success in working across functional collaborations to deliver results within a high performing environment.
    • Strong MS Office applications skills, including Excel at intermediate level.
    • Demonstrated meticulous approach to work with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent customer service and high level of empathy, ideally with administrative experience within an educational or learning setting.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
    • Uses a range of sources to actively generate process improvements ideas and new ways of doing things and translating creative ideas into workplace improvements.
    • Regularly plans and tracks progress on work tasks, taking an organised, methodical approach to work, with the ability to manage heavy workload during peak times.
    • Cooperates and works well with others in the pursuit of team goals. Collaborates and shares information appropriately, showing consideration, concern and respect for others feelings and ideas. Accommodates and works well with the different working styles of others. Encourages resolution of conflict within group.
