    Our client is a large Government organisation who are seeking an experienced Senior Change, Communications and BA Specialist to join their team.

    The Senior Change, Communications and Business Analysis Specialist role supports the delivery of the Organisation's Cyber Uplift Program, with a primary focus on supporting the delivery of health-specific outcomes.

    The position is suited to an experienced, delivery-focused practitioner who is comfortable operating across organisational change management, communications, business analysis, technical and procurement documentation, and who is willing to actively contribute where required to achieve program and project-level outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    1. Leading organisational change management activities supporting cyber security uplift and related digital initiatives.
    2. Developing and delivering targeted communication strategies tailored to executives, managers, and frontline staff.
    3. Undertaking business analysis activities to clarify requirements, impacts, dependencies, and adoption considerations.
    Selection Criteria:

    1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience in change management, communications, business analysis, or a related discipline.
    2. Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality executive-level and workforce-facing materials.
    3. Strong ability to translate technical or cyber security concepts into practical, user-centred change and communication artefacts.
    On offer is a contract until 30/06/2026 at a highly sought after Government organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
