About the role
- Working closely with nursing and medical teams to ensure the best patient outcomes
- Ensuring that all patients, families and visitors experience excellent customer service via phone, email and in person
- Management of booking new appointments and follow ups
- Admissions and Discharges from the day ward
- Directing phone calls to appropriate people within the department
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
