- Repairs, alterations, additions and maintenance to all site electrical services and equipment.
- Ensure all regulations involving electrical standards, WHS standards and safe working practices are followed.
- Comply with established departmental environmental standards and assist with development of improved methods and standards for the Hotel overall.
- Carry out various duties necessary to maintain hotel operations. These duties may not be confined to electrical trade, however, all government and company regulations must be complied with.
- Ensure that all repairs and preventative maintenance schedules are carried out on services and equipment including but not limited to; high and low voltage electrical distribution, fire protection systems, telephone and data systems, air conditioning, general engineering plant and hotel equipment.
- Proven expertise in electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting within hotel environments.
- Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and regulations specific to hotel electrical systems.
- Track record of efficiently managing electrical projects, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum guest satisfaction.
