    Relationship Manager

    We are seeking a founding hire for our Relationship Management team in Australia. As a key member of this team, you will cultivate Trading Hub's relationships with customers and serve as a subject matter expert.

    About the Role

    This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-growing company that thrives on innovation and collaboration. You will be responsible for:

    • Fostering strong partnerships with key decision-makers and maintaining existing relationships
    • Working cross-functionally to prepare customer pitches and demos
    • Ensuring customers benefit from internal resources, including regulatory insight and knowledge gained through delivering solutions
    • Identifying customer-driven product development opportunities
    • Participating in targeted events and contributing to marketing efforts
    • Owning the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing deals
    • Growing revenue and expanding customer reach

    Main Skills and Competencies

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • A strong understanding of capital markets, especially fixed income or commodities
    • Expertise in the regulatory space, focusing on market compliance and integrity
    • A good understanding of the trade surveillance landscape, including competitor offerings and regulatory relationships
    • Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships
    • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies, set ambitious targets, and achieve business objectives
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to persuade senior stakeholders
    • Self-starter with a hunger to succeed, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
