- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans to enhance clients' well-being and independence.
- Assisting participant with providing home modifications, equipment prescription/letter of recommendation, home modification report, wheelchair modifications and organizing a quote for assistive device, wheelchair railing modifications or assessment, cognitive assessments and
- Liaising with service providers and within the team to ensure effective communication.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and modalities to optimize clients' functional abilities and promote holistic care.
- Both Permanent Full time and Part Roles available
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- NDIS experience and understanding is highly preferable however as long as you have clinical experience, this is key.
- Understand the complex needs of elderly clients and clients with a physical disability.
- AHPRA Registration
- COVID 19 vaccine certificate
- Knowledge of aged care and NDIS is desirable, and further training can be provided at work.
