- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide therapy to clients with speech and language difficulties in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support the client's communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records and reports.
- Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in speech pathology.
- Participate in community outreach and education programs as needed.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration or eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Relevant experience in assessing and treating various speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel if required.
