- Assist Community and Mission in engaging and recruiting clients through impactful campaigns, communication strategies, digital journeys, content creation, and events.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Communications teams to define campaign objectives, messaging, tactics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead the creation and execution of paid digital marketing campaigns across all CaM programs, optimizing campaign performance.
- Contribute to the implementation of marketing automation to enhance campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, with a strong emphasis on paid social.
- Action-oriented with a passion for achieving outstanding results.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold a mature Christian faith consistent with the beliefs of the Anglican Church, with familiarity with the Sydney Anglican Dioceses
