    The role:

    Due to growth, we are currently looking for a full-time Technology Support Specialist to join our Sydney office. The role is nationally responsible for the provision of timely, efficient and effective IT support services to the firm.

    Responsibilities of the role:

    • Provide help desk support to users in a wide range of technology applications including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Create, delete and maintain user accounts on Microsoft Windows network including exchange email system and Cisco call manager
    • Assist in maintenance and support all IT infrastructure hardware and software including switches, routers, servers, SAN's, desktops, laptops, MFD's, Cisco phones and mobile devices
    • Resolve network scanning and printing issues
    • Resolve desktop hardware issues
    • Utilise and maintain helpdesk database
    • Management and troubleshooting of mobile devices and system remote access
    • Setup and trouble shoot audio visual and video conferencing systems
    • Monitor helpdesk email queries afterhours as required


    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 2+ years' experience in technology support ideally in a professional services environment
    • Demonstrated excellent communication skills
    • Solid knowledge of PC hardware and software - Windows desktops, MS Office 2016 Suite, hardware peripherals (printers and laptops)
    • Experience in the use of helpdesk ticketing systems
    • Highly organised with excellent time management
    • Logging and correct handling of all relevant incident/service requests
    • Ability to conduct initial investigation and diagnosis of issues
    • A willingness to learn and be self-motivated

    • Prior experience working within a helpdesk environment
    • Flexibility in working hours


    Previous experience working in a technology support role within a commercial law firm will be highly regarded.
