    Senior Full Stack Developer Role

    We are seeking a skilled Senior to Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic national IT Team. This role is ideal for an experienced developer with strong back-end development skills and front-end experience who can work independently, collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, and demonstrates a genuine passion for technology and innovation.

    This newly created role is a response to the growing demand for development and web services within our business. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and progress your career in a supportive and innovative environment. The role will encompass a broad range of tasks, focusing on developing back-end systems and services, along with front-end web-based applications when required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Gather client feedback and provide timely support to ensure high-quality services.
    2. Provide assistance to a team of developers, emphasizing customer service and collaboration with clients.
    3. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the team's development and growth.
    4. Collaborate with business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain back-end systems and front-end applications built on Microsoft technologies.
    5. Ensure adherence to industry-standard coding principles, design patterns, and best practices throughout the software development life cycle.
    6. Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements, development of user stories, estimates, and work plans.
    7. Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    1. At least 3-5 years of experience in a full stack developer role, with a strong emphasis on back-end development.
    2. Relevant technical certifications are advantageous.
    3. Proficiency with C#, .NET Core, MSSQL, Entity Framework, GitHub Actions, IIS, and Azure WebApps.
    4. Front-end experience with HTML, JavaScript, React/Svelte, and CSS.
    5. A strong understanding of good coding principles, design patterns, and best practices.
