What does the job look like?

Linfox Intermodal Team, based in Acacia Ridge, is seeking a Freight Processing Officer (Accounts) with finance experience to join the team. This role will be responsible for processing of invoices, accounts reconciliation, as well as providing administrative support. Key Areas:

• Working closely with the group operations team to ensure the integrity of the financial data
• Reconciliation and processing of weekly/monthly invoices in a timely manner
• Reconciliations of supplier statements and follow up as required
• Management of Vendor/Subcontractor Accruals
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Creation of purchase orders and goods receipting
• General administrative tasks as required

Are you the one?

We are seeking professionals with minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role whilst also presenting strong analytical and data analysis skills.

• Strong accounts payable experience
• Great attention to detail
• Strong time management and organization skills

Previous experience within a Logistics or Transport environment will be highly regarded
