    As a member of our preadmissions team, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments at a fast pace. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the efficient and accurate evaluation of patients' conditions, ensuring they receive the appropriate care they need.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of Healthscope facilities – Dorset Rehabilitation, North Eastern Rehabilitation and Victorian Rehabilitation Centre . Your ability to adapt to different environments and collaborate effectively with various healthcare professionals will be essential in providing comprehensive and coordinated care.

    We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational and time management skills. Your ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail will be crucial in delivering high-quality remote assessments.

    To be successful in this position, you should have a strong clinical background and experience in rehabilitation nursing. Additionally, proficiency in utilizing remote assessment technologies and electronic medical records is highly desirable.
