This position is available for a highly skilled and dedicated individual who can provide educational support to students with special needs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work in a specialist setting, supporting students with intellectual disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. They will assess and develop individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each student, using an integrated curriculum that caters to different learning styles.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive learning environment, working collaboratively with families, therapists, and other agencies to improve student outcomes. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to manage a team of education assistants effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze individual student needs and develop targeted programs for academic, sensory, and social-emotional development;
• Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles;
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed;
