This is a unique opportunity for a Financial Controller to join an Australian, family-owned NDIS Accredited provider of Assistive Technology for people with disabilities. The business is committed to providing communities with the highest quality products and services, and as a result is experience strong growth across its retail and wholesale arms. This is an office-based position in Bell Park, Victoria.
Position
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the finance function and have hands-on responsibility for all financial and management accounting, reporting and analysis, budgets/forecasts and cash-flow management, tax compliance, payroll duties, regulatory submissions and process and systems improvements. You will collaborate with the sales and operations teams to provide meaningful insights and provide your guidance as the subject matter expert.
Profile
You are CA/CPA qualified and technically excellent. Prior Financial Controller or Finance Manager background. You have previous experience working for a NDIS Accredited supplier or retail/wholesale trading organisation. Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and bring about change is necessary. You are systems and tech savvy and possess a process improvement mindset.
