    The Challenge:

    We've been growing and are really excited to be on the lookout for someone who's keen join us and learn how Adobe markets and sells Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Our team focuses on Adobe's Business customers in A/NZ and delivering the best experience to them to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

    Most of our large customers prefer to purchase through Adobe's Partners and we're looking for an Inside/Partner Sales Representative that will help us by profiling them to find opportunities before building and running campaigns across marketing, enablement and sales.

    What you'll do:

    • Develop a deep know-how of Adobe's Digital Media solutions, GTM strategy, pricing, and licensing programs
    • Build a strong understanding of our channel network, and why Adobe's partners and distributors are so meaningful to us
    • Carry pipeline responsibility for sales opportunities less than $10k.
    • Work collaboratively with account executives, sales managers and partners to assist in driving the closure of sales cycles
    • Respond promptly to inbound customer enquiries and leads, working in Adobe's CRM as required
    • Assist our network of partners to uncover new sales opportunities for Adobe's offerings, providing them with account opportunity reviews as required
    • Identify and implement special projects across partner enablement, marketing campaigns and sales generation within Adobe's Partners

    What you need to succeed:

    • A passion for seeing customers be successful and get the most out of their investment.
    • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a high-performance sales culture with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
    • Experience in direct customer facing roles in sales or account management, preferably in the software industry.
    • Capable of developing multiple stakeholder relationships within accounts and demonstrates strong objection handling techniques.
    • Knowledge of how customers manage software deployment and use.
    • Take a customer centric perspective in all customer engagements.
    • Data driven with strong attention to detail and ability to execute within a matrix team structure.
    • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationships
    • An open mind, not to be afraid to challenge the status quo by being proactive and creative in brainstorming ideas and tackling projects

    Nice to have:

    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud products.
