- Perform network, infrastructure and system administration tasks for clients.
- Conduct the technical build or rebuild, installation and testing of servers, workstations, virtual machines, and other devices; and the installation, configuration and testing of networks.

- Conduct the build and installation of SOEs for clients, general software installation, data migration and data backup standards.
- Produce accurate and effective documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and task management and project reporting.
- Delivery of Infrastructure design services in the area of VMWare virtualisation, storage, foundation services and Redhat Technologies and deployment of applications in these environments.
- Delivery of documentation to support the areas of VMWare virtualisation, storage, foundation services and Redhat Technologies.
- Customer liaison for solutions including presentation of design and deployment strategies.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of VMWare, Cisco UCS, Virtualization Technologies and Windows Server operating systems.
- Participate in the creation, maintenance, testing, and execution of the Disaster Recovery plan.
- High level of design, architecture and engineering expertise with virtualization and automation technologies (ie. VMware, Citrix, Service Now).

- Responsible for system level programming / scripting on an ad hoc basis and to facilitate the management of supported applications and technologies.
- Performs configuration, integration, maintenance, performance management, security management, failure analysis and recovery, and user support.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to peers and subordinate team members specifically assigned as Systems Administrators.
- Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, report, and resolve hardware, software, and firmware problems on servers.
