    Cloud Engineering Lead | Brisbane, QLD | Hybrid

    This is an incredible opportunity for an established and experienced Azure cloud specialist to join one of Australia's leading financial services companies to provide, manage, and support their technology services.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting into the Cloud Engineering Managering, as the Cloud Engineering Lead, you'll be responsible for:

    • Timely delivery of technology initiative objectives to agreed quality including compliance with
      internal procedures and standards.
    • Provide advanced technical knowledge into projects and initiatives.
    • Provide extensive input into technology architecture, strategy and budgeting.
    • Advanced technical expertise and direction in incident and problem resolution to within agreed
      targets.
    • Defining system maintenance and administration procedures.

    About You

    Experience in:

    • Leading technology initiatives in design, costing and implementation in a highly
      mission critical business environment.
    • Experience in Financial Services would be highly regarded.
    • Providing advanced expertise into the design of technology architectures.
    • Providing advanced technology support and problem-solving implementation in a highly
      mission critical business environment.
    • An advanced and detailed understandinf of the below technologies:
      • Azure technologies including: 365, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, Exchange, Azure (IaaS and PaaS), and Virtual Desktop
      • PowerShell, Azure CLI and Bicep
      • Modern SOE deployment using Intune, including autopilot, app packaging & policy
        configuration.
      • LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networking. Experience in Fortinet and Meraki preferred.
      • Voice and video conferencing
      • Mobile device management
      • Technical security methods (Firewalls, Antivirus, SIEM, WAFs, DLP, Host Intrusion
      • Protection)
      • Windows Server & Windows 11
