    In this position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join a high performing MBAuP Customer Services team and be responsible for Service Operations, Digital Service Drive & Digital Extras.

    Key duties & responsibilities:

    · Handling and responsibility of Xentry book (Online Appointment Booking) and Operational Xentry support (Xentry Order and Service Leads topics).

    · Ensuring retailers work correctly with Xentry book, Xentry Order and Service Leads topics as well as supporting with queries.

    · Conduct Xentry training/masterclasses. Ongoing review HQ trainings to be up to date.

    · Liaise with multiple stakeholders, e.g., DMS providers and HQ IT Support.

    · Responsible for retailer communication e.g. newsletters/bulletins.

    · Support colleagues with the roll out of Xentry API Project Integrations (retailer, DMS Provider, Booking Support (MBAG)).

    · Lead and support new feature implementation & testing.

    · Digital Extras Ex-store: Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc; Shop Sales extracts, retailer status, KPI tracking, Digital Extras Invoices and Retailer Commission payments.

    · Project management and implementation within Customer Services/After Sales.

    · Department administration and support.

    Qualifikationen

    What you will need to be successful:

    · Detailed knowledge of MBAuP, its brand, products, and customer expectations.

    · Proven track record of delivery in a large multinational company.

    · Issue Management, Resolution, Tracking and Escalation.

    · Strong interpersonal skills complimented by strong written and verbal communication skills.

    · Ability to prioritise and manage multiple, competing requests/projects.

    · Effective negotiation and influencing skills.

    · Project and product management experience.

    · Operational support or change within Digital Services.

    · Tertiary qualification in IT, Business or Management and at least 5 years relevant work experience within the field.
