    Position Overview:
    On behalf of our client, Global Skilled Employment Services is looking for an experienced Organisation and Methods Analyst.

    The Organisation and Methods Analyst is integral to enhancing operational efficiencies and optimising processes within a large meat processing and exporting company.

    This role involves analysing existing operations, identifying areas for improvement, and designing effective systems to increase productivity, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Conduct in-depth analyses of all stages of meat processing operations from slaughter to packaging and distribution, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

    Collation and interpretation of data for the Sheep Desk for the tracking, analysis, charting and reporting of key indicators and other metrics.

    Develop and implement new methods and systems to optimise techniques and workflow.
    Conduct market analysis and review market prices.

    Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to assist with the analysis and coordination of potential opportunities for the movement of existing frozen stocks.

    Review and compare proposals from potential buyers, analysis to identify best ROI.
    Work closely with operational, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to integrate new methods and practices.
    Recommend and help to implement new technologies that can improve productivity and quality in the processing line.
    Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented processes, providing regular feedback to senior management.

    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Meat Science, or related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food processing or manufacturing industry, meat processing preferred.

    Strong understanding of production workflows and operational efficiency.
    Experience with quality standards and compliance regulations specific to food processing.
    Proficient in data analysis and process mapping tools.

    Desired Skills:
    Certified in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
    Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
    Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
