- Facilitating communication by screening enquiries and managing referrals and requests for information
- Adhoc general administration tasks
- Prior experience in an Administrative/Business Support role
- Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite
- Able to complete repetitive tasks and work autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders for operational and administrative matters
- Manage competing priorities, including taking accountability for tasks and decisions
- Government experience highly desirable
