    Role Overview

    Stock Control & Registrations Clerk

    This role involves coordinating new vehicle stock swaps with other dealerships, maintaining accurate floorplans, and supporting our Sales department as required.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate new vehicle stock swaps with other dealerships
    • Maintain accurate floorplans
    • Raising repair orders
    • Support our Sales department as required
    • Reconciliation of tasks such as registrations and floorplans
    • Process development and improvement as required
    • General administration duties

    Requirements:

    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Excellent time-management and attention to detail
    • Brilliant communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders
    • ERA experience preferred but not essential
    • Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of the automotive industry highly regarded but not essential
