    Project Manager (Commercial Office Fit Out) at Currie & Brown

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial office fit out to join our Sydney-based team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with high-caliber individuals and shape your future project management career.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver projects autonomously or as part of a team, adhering to Currie & Brown guidelines and the project management toolkit.
    • Plan and execute construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring contractual requirements are met.
    • Develop and manage site assessments, due diligence reports, cost reports, and other documentation.
    • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
    • Oversee design development, coordination, reviews, and approvals during planning and construction phases.
    • Manage procurement processes, including trade tender packages and contractor appointments.
    • Administer contracts, evaluate progress claims, and complete necessary documentation.
    • Maintain occupational health and safety regulations compliance.
    • Ensure quality assurance systems are in place to deliver high-quality work.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
    • A minimum of 7 years' experience in consultancy, with commercial office fit-out experience essential.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Project.
    • Experience in advisory services desirable.
    • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
