Where do you want to go?Imaxeon Radiology ANZ, a subsidiary of Bayer, delivers fully integrated radiology solutions that enhance efficiency across CT, MRI, Angiography and Nuclear Medicine.
With a strong commitment to patient outcomes and customer experience, we provide specialist modality expertise and industry‑leading service coverage to public and private healthcare partners across ANZ.
In this role, you'll represent the Bayer Radiology portfolio across VIC and TAS —including devices, contrast media, and digital/informatics solutions—within both public and private radiology environments.
You will drive growth across your territory through strong relationship management, capital equipment sales, and end‑to‑end contrast media processes, ensuring customers receive seamless, high‑value solutions that support better clinical outcomes.

Drive sales of Bayer's Radiology portfolio to meet annual targets
Identify business opportunities and execute account/territory plans
Build strong relationships across key customer sites and KOLs
Represent Bayer at trade shows, customer events, and user group meetings
Provide product demonstrations, application support and workflow optimisation
Support customers post‑installation to ensure strong adoption and satisfaction
Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
Maintain accurate CRM usage and provide timely market insights
Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality and operational processes
Does this sound like you?
Degree in a Scientific or Medical field
Experience in the healthcare industry
Radiology informatics or digital solutions knowledge (highly regarded)
Strong communication, presentation and customer engagement skills
Ability to influence clinical stakeholders
Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to work independently and collaboratively
Able to manage competing priorities and maintain strong internal partnerships
Willingness to travel and a full driver's licence
