    As a Call Centre Consultant at Rabobank in our Perth Office, you'll provide exceptional support to our clients – both our Online Savings customers and our Agribusiness clients across Australia and New Zealand. We keep our customers at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for people who share this passion for great customer experiences.

    If you're currently working in a call centre environment, you'll love our shift rotation pattern (no weekends), our manageable call volumes and our collaborative and friendly culture.

    It's not essential to have worked in a call centre before, or to have banking / finance experience – we have excellent training which can support you with that. What we are looking for is an exceptional customer focus, passion and a great attitude.

    In addition to taking calls, part of the role will also involve responding to emails and other communications.
