- assist the team to plan, design and deliver targeted external communications and collateral for a variety of stakeholders across different mediums, ensuring brand consistency
- contribute to the development and ongoing review of community engagement and communication strategies and supporting operational plans
- compile and maintain promotional materials inventory, provide event support, plan meetings and maintain brand content libraries
- prepare market research, forecasts, campaign results and stakeholder trends for customer insights
- support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including community engagement calendar, databases, suppliers and invoicing
- assist with the development and implementation of communications deliverables with external agencies and suppliers
- maintain stakeholder databases to facilitate engagement and communication activities
- collate data and insights for analysis and evaluation of the success of external engagement and communication activities to inform future activities.

- experience in a coordinator role, with a proven ability to support development and delivery of communications and engagement strategies within a dynamic environment
- knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- experience working across multiple programs, projects, tasks such as reporting, coordinating community engagement day-to-day campaign activities, budgeting and forecasting
- experience using data analytics software for research
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- ability to take ownership of and drive initiatives and stakeholder experience, seeking support, advice and guidance as needed
