    What you'll do:

    As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in translating intricate business requirements into functional data models. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with business users within a complex systems environment, designing and maintaining BI solutions. You will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent planning and organisational skills as well as your ability to communicate complex information effectively.     Work closely with business users to define and develop detailed requirements in a complex systems environment
    Translate business requirements into multi-dimensional data models (star schemas)
    Design and maintain BI solutions with a focus on data modelling, transformation, migration, and profiling
    Adapt to new technologies, processes, and changing business requirements
    Communicate complex information in an easily digestible format tailored to the audience
    Plan and organise tasks effectively, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
    Create a variety of documents including data models, technical specifications, use cases, and business processes

    Substantial experience working with business users to define and develop detailed requirements in a complex systems environment
    Experience working on BI projects; designing and maintaining BI solutions with a focus on data modelling, transformation, migration, and profiling
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate complex information effectively
    Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
    Advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS SQL Server, and Data Warehouse architecture
    Ability to work independently, show initiative, and work productively as part of a team
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coming from a business analyst background
    3 years of Azure Data Lake experience
