- Legal advice: provide accurate and timely advice on legal matters, including commercial contracts, corporate law and intellectual property.
- Legal research: undertake research across a range of topics in the realm of sports, entertainment and venue management industries.
- Document review: providing analysis and commentary that identifies risk, offers opinion and supports decision making.
- Dispute resolution: work with relevant stakeholders on legal proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods.
- Negotiations: work with Group General Counsel and various third parties.
- Group Support: advise, guide, support and educate internal partners across ASM Global (APAC) venues.
