    **Senior Analyst - Finance Systems (SAP S/4HANA)**

    As part of AGL's Finance Systems and Transformation team, the Senior Analyst will assist the business in systems governance and process support surrounding SAP S/4HANA and other business systems.

    About the role:

    • Provide support to a team of Analysts around the delivery of services and support to the wider business, including (but not limited to) the maintenance of master data, creation of new GL accounts, cost and profit centers, bank accounts, and financial statements.
    • Safeguard the ongoing integrity of our finance systems by upholding data governance principles and master data standards.
    • Review changes to governance principles and standards, including compliance matters.
    • Create training materials and educate stakeholders around process excellence.
    • Understand the finance risk and control matrix, including the review of system effectiveness and process controls.
    • Lead the transition of finance systems and services into the team by identifying user requirements, establishing support processes, and documenting operating procedures.
    • Identify regular process or system failure trends and perform root cause analysis to feed to technical support and/or transformation teams to enable sustainable solution changes.
    • Assist with the integration of new businesses within the AGL group.
    • Enable accurate and timely financial processes by opening and closing periods across ledgers and modules.
    • Monitor interfaces and batch jobs, including reconciliation of data transferred, solving any issues/defects with the assistance of technical experts.
    • Maintain user profiles across ancillary systems such as Blackline.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing subject matter expertise around SAP and other finance systems.

    About you:

    • Demonstrated experience in SAP administration (including FICO, AFO, BPC, Project Systems, Assets, and Investment Management).
    • Finance, Procurement, and/or Plant Maintenance experience desirable.
    • Ability to learn other systems quickly and identify points of interconnection from both a data and process perspective.
    • Ability to coach and influence external teams/stakeholders around finance and system matters.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build and maintain relationships, including the ability to influence teams outside your control.
    • Detail-oriented with an analytical approach and a passion for problem-solving.
