    The Waste Management Administration Officer provides project, financial management and administrative support to the Waste and Cleaning team and ensures the provision of high-quality customer service to all internal and external customers.

    The Waste Management Administration Officer supports the City by:

  • Displaying proficiency in general office procedures and experience using a range of software packages.
  • Responding to correspondence received via shared inboxes and managing the correspondence registers for the team.
  • Capturing data, updating and managing databases and associated administrative records.
  • Researching, collating information and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Maintaining information, ensuring expenditure is within operating budgets.
  • Delivering outstanding service and establishing a reputation of customer service excellence throughout the organisation.
  • To be successful in this role you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce correspondence, reports and publications.

    This position also engages with both external and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
