    Your Role

    We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist, Reefer to join our team. You will be responsible for driving + taking ownership of the operations of our reefer product by delivering operational excellence to onboard + retain customers. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Liaising with the
      customer care location (CCL) + operational care center (OCC) colleagues on
      seamless executions of reefer shipments.
    • Ensuring efficient
      sea operations while driving continuous optimization by implementing
      standard operation procedures (SOP) in line with corporate guidelines.
    • Being responsible
      for operational excellence by supporting volume growth as well as
      profitability for reefer + healthcare exports/ imports.
    • Taking the lead in
      creating + enhancing reefer + healthcare expertise in the team, aiming for
      zero operational failures.
    • Acting as the healthcare station lead, ensuring
      operational excellence in line with good distribution practice (GxP)
      requirements, assisting in delivering healthcare trainings + audit facilitation.
    • Building
      operational relationships with suppliers + carriers assisting with
      procurement as well as driving value added reefer services.
    • Ensuring
      analytical reviews + risk mitigation for all deviation management
      supporting with technical knowledge both internally + customer facing
      nonconformance reporting. #LI-DNI
