- Liaising with the
customer care location (CCL) + operational care center (OCC) colleagues on
seamless executions of reefer shipments. - Ensuring efficient
sea operations while driving continuous optimization by implementing
standard operation procedures (SOP) in line with corporate guidelines. - Being responsible
for operational excellence by supporting volume growth as well as
profitability for reefer + healthcare exports/ imports. - Taking the lead in
creating + enhancing reefer + healthcare expertise in the team, aiming for
zero operational failures. - Acting as the healthcare station lead, ensuring
operational excellence in line with good distribution practice (GxP)
requirements, assisting in delivering healthcare trainings + audit facilitation. - Building
operational relationships with suppliers + carriers assisting with
procurement as well as driving value added reefer services. - Ensuring
analytical reviews + risk mitigation for all deviation management
supporting with technical knowledge both internally + customer facing
nonconformance reporting. #LI-DNI - Solid
leadership skills - Prior
experience in a similar role is highly desirable - Ability
to drive results, as well as build effective teams - Excellent
customer service skills, both verbal and written - Strong
problem solver and being able to think outside the box
