    Your new company

    Join a high-profile federal government program delivering critical identity and access management (IAM) initiatives.

    You'll work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment with established governance and scope, contributing to a secure and scalable IAM ecosystem.

    This position will be open to Canberra-based applicants only. The successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and eligible to obtain a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) clearance.

    Your new role


    As a Senior IAM Consultant, you will provide hands-on technical expertise to design, implement, and optimise identity and access management solutions.

    This is a senior-level role requiring deep technical capability and the ability to hit the ground running. You'll lead complex integrations, develop custom workflows, and ensure compliance with security standards across enterprise systems.

    What you'll need to succeed
    Extensive experience in IAM platforms (SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar).
    Strong development skills in .NET (C#) and Angular, with proven ability to build and maintain custom applications and integrations.
    Expertise in IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and integration with Active Directory/Azure AD.
    Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation.
    Solid understanding of RBAC/ABAC models and identity lifecycle management.
    Ability to obtain NV1 security clearance (Australian citizenship required).
    Desirable
    Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and cloud-based IAM solutions (Azure AD, AWS IAM).
    Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
    Exposure to containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
