    About the role...

    To oversee and coordinate all aspects of facility management, associated asset and procurement activities for The BUSY Group to ensure contractual and client needs are met within required service level timeframes and agreed budgets. This role is permanent full time based from our Southport Head Office with the expectation of regular travel throughout our Australian sites when operationally required.

    What does an everyday look like?

    • Coordination of all aspects of property management
    • Implementation of maintenance programs for all properties
    • Coordination of emergency and ad-hoc maintenance
    • Coordination of office set up and services
    • Manage supplies and services to all properties
    • Lease Management

    About you...

    • Experience in Facility Management
    • High working knowledge of all Office Platforms
    • The ability to work autonomously on tasks to ensure their successfully completion and meeting performance requirements
    • The ability to build successful working relationships
    • The ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
    • Open drivers licence
